HULLO NOT-A-BEARS!

Whoah! I did a lot of snoozing yestaday. Getting a year older suddenly can really take it out of a Bear. But today I was out in the fresh air agen.....

Heer ar my marigolds, week 5.

12 are still doin well, but there seems to be a casualty. I think its leaves got nibbold by bugs. So I'm a bit miffed at Dilly, cos sheez the bug-eater rownd heer an oviousy hassent been doin her job proply. Too bizzy wiv her new blog, I reckon (wich issent even keepin her out of mine).

oh dear: wun got nibbold

Meanwile, our garden is bizzy wiv babys. Dilly fownd this Baby Newt larst nite:

her snowt was getting worryingly close

an today I spottid this Baby Collared Dove, jus hanging arownd the bird table. He hassent yet kwite werkt out that the food is underneath where he is standing:
"the food is where?"

an then there are the Baby Blackberds. Today they discuvered the bird bath, an decided that bird baths are the most fun thing about being a Baby Blackberd. Ever. We had to re-fill the bath 4 times. This is arfter about bath 73, an he is arsking, "Where did the water go?" It was raining, too:

"Mum! I'm wet agen!"

An larst but not leest, jus fer those of yu hoov been arskin wat presents I got fer me berfday, heer's the Berfday Groop Photo:

Crikey, you sure have a lot to feed around your house. Those marigolds are coming up a treat, aren't they?

Chalky,

we ownly hav a littol garden. Yu can see a rainy vershon ov it on my berfday cake video. But in the Olden Days, befor we lived heer, there was a pond. Now we get frogs an noots coming bak. They don't know we havent got a pond eny more. They yews the berd baths at nite insted.

As fer the bees, they've gon. But they hav left 6 holes all sealed up wiv mud. Methinks there are baby bees in there.
