HULLO NOT-A-BEARS!

My hat still hasn't turned up, so me an Mummy tried to find a replaycement.

Granny sed that she wud knit me wun if we found a pattern, but we looked on the internet for 2 hours and cuddent see eny. Then we looked on Ebay an found a Bear selling 3 jumpers an a leather rucksack. Wow! So I ordered those. But still nuthing for me ears.

Next we went into town. We don't normally go in the morning but we were on the bus by 10am and it was full of grannys, probably all going looking for patterns to knit bear hats. So we followed wun into a craft shop. Shor enuff, she led us strayte to the knitting patterns, but there were none for my head. Hey ho.

In the end we went to a charity shop that had an adoptshun shelf at the back. They had a small heffalump modelling a smart red coat, a bit like Paddington's. Mummy took it to the counter and asked, "I'd like this coat for my Bear. Is it OK if I measure it?"

"Shor," sed the shop-laydy, "wud he like to use wun ov our changing rooms?" But Mummy sed no as I'm very brayve. For a while I was worried that Mummy was adopting this Not-A-Bear but when she paid, she took the coat off him and handed the heffalump back.

The poor thing!!! Not only has he been mugged in brord daylite, he has been put bak on the shelf stark-trunk-naked!

The coat looks ace on me though. The camera issent werking but here is a kwik sketch I did for you all:

smart, huh?

Bye fer now!
