Nothing wrong with Aldi. Just heard mom on the phone asking dad to stop there on his way home from the office. A nice alternative in this economy.

They do look silly in slow motion. Hey, but if there's cake involved, I'd be moving faster.

Don't worry about it being slow....that's actually where the work comes in. Balance.....and core strength ....

My Mum and I did Tai Chi for years...... loved it. Ours was Tai Chi Chuan........

I expected de Tai Chi peepol to dress in whyte top & bottom.. so dat 'unyform' surpryzed me. An somehow the peepol there darnse it owt at a quicker pace. Nevertheless, Tai Chi is reelly gud excercise fer everywun, even grandma shoold be encouraged to join.

Burn it up and have lotsa cayke an tea layter!

Perhaps they will be so relaxed when they get home that they'll fall asleep. Then you will be able to frolic all you want!

Hey Buttons, but Aldi charge yu to ride on the trolleys!!!! An I don't hav thik coynes. I hav shiny wuns, but not thik wuns. An they don't go in. Well they do, but they fall strayte owt agen.

I don't think it's nice of them to line up all the trolleys owtside an then not let Bears hav a ride in them. It's teezin.

Mummy likes goin to Aldi to see wat speshols theyve got on tho.

She is a good sniffer-owter ov bargens, Daddy sez.

Bumblevee, this wun is calld that too, but is Taoist Tai Chi Chuan, an the diffrence (I eevsdropt at the meeting) is that it is a bit stretchier. Maybe that's wy they get cayke.

Hello Bob! Thank you for the lovely card you made us! We like it a lot! G. wanted to try Tai Chi once but she couldn't find a workshop to learn it, last year she did yoga and she liked to do that.
