HULLO NOT-A-BEARS!

Oh wow! Oh WOW! Wat a brillyant day it waz yestaday! I MET PHYTHEAS!!! WA-HEYYY!!!!!

Phytheas, Moi, Wallace. Now I kno how Daddy feels wen he sits between Mummy an Granny.

He brort his Mummy, an a new Snowy-Bear frend ov his calld Wallace. We all met up at Ashdown Forest Llama Park. I went wiv Mummy, Daddy, Granny an Dilly. Grayum sed it waz a bit chilly an he wontid to stay in by the fire. Shayme, cos it's a populer playse fer Bears. I fownd theez Yeti Bears thare, hoo lookt feerce, but wer big softees reelly: an then I discuverd lots ov Paddington's cuzzins wer there, too. I do like their coats, don't yu?Wen Phyth an his Mummy arrivd, we had cups ov tea. This is wat yu hav to do in England befor enything else. Arfter that, we went owtside to see the Llamas an Alpacas.

This bayby alpaca waz calld Timmy. He waz born in Orgust but his Mummy died. The peepol fed him wiv a bottol, but now a mama llama is carfterin him. He waz Granny's fayvrit. I liket his bloo anorak. They hav lots ov fields an we wolkt all rownd an sor sum runnin an "pronking":
"Wa-heyyy! Come on, guys, this way to the pants!"

Lots ov bayby llamas an alpacas wer born in the summer. Phyth thort this wun waz kwite Bear-like. I kno it's a Not-a-Bear reelly, but I do see wat he meens:
Personally I thort this wun waz best!- We also sor snowy wuns.... an blotchy wuns-
....we even fownd sum llama poo! (Either that, or they hav eNORRRmuss rabbits rownd heer.) Akchewly, it lookt alot like choklit peanuts, but Rachelle had warnd me abowt this in advarnce!-
They ar gettin reddy fer Crismoss thare, an sum ov the llamas alreddy had their soks up! (This wun waz calld Leroy, an heer he is lookin fer his!) (it's the second wun on the left- he hassent spottid it yet!)

Did yu kno that sum ov Santa's rayndeer stop off at Ashdown fer a holiday?
Best bit ov all the day tho waz explorin it all wiv Phyth-
Phyth an me on a fence, mewsin.

Phyth gayve me a present! A box ov choklit Bears, rapt up in a bloo ribbon! Wen we got bak to Granny's, I showd it to Grayum!
Yum! Choklit fer Bears!

Phyth brort Dilly sum pink rownd choklits wiv (oh boy) a big pink bow: Natchrelly, the bow endid up on her hed an she startid tryin to inkewbayte the choklits.

Befor we cayme home, Granny introdewst us to sum llamas that liv in her howse, Paddy an PJ, the Llama-in-pajamas:
It waz a reelly brillyant day, an I carnt wayte to meet up wiv Phyth agen!!!!!
WA-HEYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bye fer now!

Let's 'do lunch' again!

PS - I hope Dilly doesn't melt those 'eggs'!

Wow! What a grand day for a little bear adventurer and his friends :))
I am sooo glad you got to see an alpaca in person, and I do hope you got paca kisses! We do call huacaya alpacas (the fuzzy ones) "Teddy Bear Alpacas" sometimes.
Thank you for sharing your splendid day with me, and here's a hug for you from my pacas, and me, or course!
((((hugs)))) and, paca kisses! xxxxxtickle-ticklexxxxx

Now you know the difference between the llama and the alpaca huh?
See the long tall running llamas, and the short fuzzy alpacas! Great pictures that show some of the differences.

Rachelle, I manidged to get close enuff to wun small alpaca to do a kwik "Not-a-Bear" nudge, nose-to-nose. He lookt very serprized abowt it. Funny, yu'd think he'd kno he waz a Not-'a'Bear. Still if yu sumtimes call them teddy bear alpacas, this explaynes it.

Bob!!

I loved the day you had... wish I could have joined you. That Timmy sure was cute, but I liked the look of Roberta in her photo (did you get to meet her?).

Enjoy your chocolate bears. Let me know if Dilly is successful incubating those pink chocolates. I may try it with my meaty bones or my favorite fish.

Goober love,
Stanley
